Club IT Part II Club IT is one of the fastest developing nightclubs in Nashville, TN that caters to the mature crowd. The presence of this entertainment structure has brought young couples, young professionals, college students, and adults into the Nashville area, creating other venues to grow as well. With the success of the club, Lisa Tejada and Ruben Keys would like to discuss with their intern, improving the information systems that are presently being utilized in the organization. As any other successful organization, Club IT uses customized information technology and resources to thrive in the entertainment market. Lisa and Ruben discovered Club IT lacks technology to enhance their clients’ interaction with the club. The website that Club IT has needs to be enhanced in several ways for the employees and the clients. Customers should feel privileged and appreciated with a VIP section, VIP special packages, ticket booth sales, and blogs on our events and performers on their personalized Club IT profile page. Into the bargain, these sections of the website should have the aptitude of being assessed through any mobile device that has an internet connection. These changes will cater to Club IT’s main clientele. Club IT also desires to set up a twitter and facebook page. In result, these are two major ways to communicate and let their clientele know what is the latest events and news/gossip at the club.
