When using Internet Explorer it is very difficult to print Excel files directly from WebCT. Therefore it is necessary to save the desired Excel file to your hard drive or floppy drive and then print it out using the Excel program that resides on your computer. To save and print the Excel file you must do the following: Open or Save Choose "Save". where you want the Excel file to be saved. You can save it onto a diskette if you wish. 3) Once the file is saved, you can click on it and this will bring up the file in your Excel program. From within Excel it is easy to print the file. that the print will not be tiny, click on the tab for the next sheet (It is at the bottom of this sheet) 1) When the menu appears giving you the option to: 2) Then enter the location in your computer 4) To learn how to print selected areas of a spreadsheet so

1 Click on the attachment 2 When a menu comes up asking whether you want to save it or open it click on the "Save" option and tell it where on your DO NOT OPEN IT IN THE BROWSER BECAUSE SOME BROWSERS WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO ACCESS THE EXCEL MENU AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN. 3 Then open the Excel program and call up the file from wherever you saved it 4 Highlight what you want to print 5 6 Then select "Print" (See instructions in Cell A50 if you want to print in black and white a page that contains colors) 7 When the gray menu appears click on "Selection" in the lower left-hand corner 8 Then click on "Preview" 9 Then look at the top of the screen and click on "Setup" 10 Then click on the "Page" tab at the top of the menu 11 Do 2 things on this tab: (1) If what you are printing is WIDER than it is TALL then click on "Landscape", otherwise click on
