Shortly after the Christmas holiday I had to get my car repaired at the local “Mom & Pop” shop. The factors that might have affected my purchase are the following: 1. Price of the food or service, if the price that the shop was asking was equal to or greater than what the big chains were asking, I would not have purchased 2. Consumers Income, If my income was as great as Bill Gates the price that the “Mom & Pop” chain was charging would not be as important as especially due to the fact that the price different between their company

Therefore I would save my self-time and have the national brand fix the vehicle and provide me with a courtesy shuttle from their shop to my place of employment. 3. Number of consumers in the market, the number of consumers in the market was definitely a good impact due to the fact that the shop I took my vehicle to was able to get it in and out faster than the national brand was as they are not as busy.
