To be blunt, what would you do if someone told you that in order to stay in the military you must advance to your next rank in the next week but the next promotion board is not until mid next month. It is sad but the truth of the matter is that most of the United States fails to see this issue with the exception of a few. This paper will cover how women in the military are given some of the worst jobs (mos’s) in the military and how they are prohibited from combat roles in order to protect them from hostile forces.
