Unformatted text preview: leftovers that we place in the refrigerator every day. I enjoy using the mypyramidtrack to see where I am making mistakes in my eating plan. I love to use the exercise tool to show me how much I work out and see how many of the calories I burn off. For me it is very important to make sure I do everything to make nutritious healthy meals. There are health issues in my family that makes it imperative to do everything I can to keep my family on a healthy diet. Before using the three-day tracking of what we ate, my diet was terrible. I now have a food diary that I keep track of everything I eat. I use it to make sure that I stay on track and I do not go back to my old habits. It’s also great to keep track of my activities....
