Note on Using the Study Guide This file represents the cumulative efforts to make the de facto, unofficial study guide for SCM 300. A word of warning: Abandon every hope, all ye who attempt to memorize this guide the day before the test. Topping in close to 200 pages, one can hardly call it a guide. Instead, it seems to be more a manual that provides, in one place, all there is to know about Supply Chain Management for the exams. Some of the information is superfluous, some loquacious, some incomplete, but all in all it is the highest quality document possible given the time constraints. While the original guide was completed December 09, 2009, if you have obtained this guide in a future semester, by all means use it. All I ask is that you do not let it become obsolete. Update it, improve it, and make it continue to be the best. Finally, rock the test. Jason Sanchez Kenneth.Sanchez@asu.edu 1
