Article 8 – Wages and Classifications - Union should have maximum 10 working days to examine the job description to determine whether it accurately describes to principal functions and whether the pay range is consistent with the job classification. - When the contract is signed there needs to be a 65% pay increase for the employees so their wage with me equal to other union workers in furniture unions - All additional years the pay raises should be given at a 7% increase Article 9 – Insurance - Health Insurance should be paid 90% employer and 10% employee - The company should talk to the union before changing insurance carriers Article 10 – Pension Plan - All years of service continue to be $20 per month per year of service; also
