Marko Urlic Interview analysis April 1, 2009 Interviewee has put his thoughts that he wanted a job, and it sounded pretty much honestly which is the most important thing in situations such as interview, which usually makes the first impression for employer. The evidence which showed me that job matched his personal interests, abilities and values was the way he talked about his experience and good will for this job. The candidate did addressed his strengths on that way that he showed how much he loves spending his time troubleshooting which is really important for this job. He did not address his weakness, which is pretty normal, because in interviews candidates don’t show their weakness. The candidate did maintain eye contact and other non verbals, but it was not that perfect. He really showed his interest in having this job position, and whatever he said sounded like he knew what he was talking about, and he showed that he is confident about getting this job just because he know what is going on in this job.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
