Marko Urlic 29 -10 -2010 Essay #14 Law should have prohibited Amvac and others from exporting pesticides barred from use in the United States because when someone gets poisoned in other countries they might sue not only Amvac, but the United States as well, and they would be totally right. They would be right because the United States is the country where pesticides have been made and where theirs poisons have been checked out. It does not mean if it dangerous in United States that it might not be dangerous in some other country. Even those countries accept to buy those pesticides, they are probably aware of the danger, but they might not have other choice, or even if they do they probably have to take the risk of getting poisoned because they do not have resources, good economy, money, or something else that would facilitate the production of something that would protect their agriculture, their fruits and vegetables. I would call this some kind of Amvac’s international marketing
