For the Rooms and Food and Beverage departments scan their departmental Schedules. Include the sub-schedules of the food and Beverage department. Explain why it is necessary to have sub-schedules in the Food and Beverage department. 3. From the USAL text, make a list of all the Schedules that can exist in the financial statements of a hotel.
