(Assumptions) Every person needs, wants & desires leisure. Leisure provides opportunities to learn, interact, express, self-actualize. Most people experience barriers to satisfying leisure. Individuals with disabilities may experience more frequent, severe & lasting barriers TRS helps to eliminate, reduce, overcome, or compensate for these barriers (meet client needs)
