How to Use SafeAssign In order to develop student writing skills, and teach students more about plagiarism, the collaborative learning environment of SafeAssign will be used in this class. You MUST submit your paper to SafeAssign no later than the beginning of class on the due date. Papers that are not submitted to SafeAssign by the beginning of class on the due date will be considered late and penalties will be assessed as noted in the syllabus and on the writing assignment. In addition to submitting your assignments to SafeAssign, you must bring a hardcopy of your assignment to class the day it is due. For more information on SafeAssign, see: http://www.irc.gmu.edu/safeassign/ Turning in Your Paper (a two step process!) Step 1: Submit to SafeAssign 1. To submit your paper to SafeAssign, log onto Blackboard ( http://courses.gmu.edu ) and go to the course webpage (i.e., GCH 300 ). Click on the Writing Assignment icon under course content. 2. Select Draft Report or Final Report. Browse for your paper. Once you have found your paper, CLICK THE SUBMIT BUTTON on the bottom of the page where you upload your
