Intern-Quality Assurance POSITION SUMMARY Ensure world class customer service is provided to all internal and external customers by monitoring timeliness of service. Focus on quality, accuracy, productivity and associate motivation with emphasis on monitoring consistency, effective feedback, and accurate tracking. Maintain positive and professional working relationships with colleagues. Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files. This position will lead tactical initiative which support department project Success in this position is accomplished through an understanding of business operations, existing training programs and Marriott’s protocol. In addition, the Project Specialist Intern must have the skills to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time, meet deadlines and exhibit strong communication skills. Transmit information or documents using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine. Operate standard office equipment other than computers. Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities. Enter and locate work-related information using computers. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Using a timer clock, measure timeliness on Welcome and acknowledge
