B) Pharmaceuticals - manufacturing because the drugs are homogenous, can be separated from the service of selling, are tangible, and not perishable. C) Income tax preparation - service because each tax preparation can be different, the taxes and the service of doing the taxes are inseparable, the service of doing one's taxes is intangible, and the tax preparation service is not perishable but the taxes themselves are because you have the taxes long after the service is provided. D) Application of artificial nails - service because each set of nail are different, you cannot have the nails without the service of the nail application, the service itself is intangible but the nail product is tangible, the service is of course perishable but the nails are not.the service itself is intangible but the nail product is tangible, the service is of course perishable but the nails are not....
