When collecting data it is important to be able to interpret, read, collect, and organize it to see if any patterns emerge. In this case, one can see which names are more common and could target a market accordingly. This can also be applied any other sort of data collection when one wants to quickly see the results (because of the graph and chart). 9) Business perspective. Again, when you want to see the results of an inquiry or a data set quickly and accurately, one can turn to graphs. Here, it is plain to see that those who built the company are most commonly the CEO. This could be useful if one where researching into a small business or thinking of starting one up. 11) Business perspective. When classifying data putting it into a frequency distribution with a relative frequency and percent frequency distribution can allow one to see where the data lie.
