Running head: TEACHING TECHNOLOGY ASSIGNMENT 1 The type of computer I use is a Toshiba Satellite L 455. This laptop has an Intel® Celeron® Processor 900, Rom that is 222 GB in capacity and Ram that has a capacity of 3 GB. This laptop contains the standard input devices such as, a shorten version of the original keyboard (this shorten keyboard contains an FN key that allows some of the keys to perform double functions to compensate.) Another input device my laptop uses is the touch pad pointing device, or otherwise known to regular computers as a mouse. The output devices the this specific laptop was designed with are 15.6” HD TruBrite widescreen LCD display, and an Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family, along with the Standard stereo speakers, Headphone jack (stereo), Microphone jack (mono). The types of storage devices that the Toshiba Satellite L 455 has available is a hard drive, and a CD/DVD drive. I like using my Toshiba Satellite L 455 it is just the right amount of technology for me. With this new technology I have been able to utilize the available software and use programs such as Powerpoint, Word, and almost all the programs on my system to develop papers, and visual aides that help to show my teaching ideas.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
