This is evident in the way big business focuses on the weakest link in society, the youth. They know that this will make them money. Many schools have begun to set aside classes about teaching media literacy. I think this is important in this day and age. It teaches them to look at ads and evaluate the motives and point of the ad. Do I really need this? Most of the time the answer is no. Teens today need to be smarter with their money. College is ahead and is getting more expensive every year.
