I have received your request but, I am unfortunately going to have to decline. I know this is important to you. Regrettably I can’t afford your absence this weekend. There are important people coming and we need all hands on deck. In regards to your request I would like for you to take in account that this is your third time asking for an emergency leave. Please understand we are a family oriented company and currently you are one of our best Assistant managers.
