Capstone Checkpoint My personal ethics and moral perspectives are probably relatively the same as everyone else’s; you basically want to treat others as you want to be treated. You need to know the difference between right and wrong and to do something about it. Some of the factors shaping them basically starts at home. If you are instilled with ethics at an early age then you will know what to do when you get older. This course has changes my perspective of business ethics in a lot of ways. First I learned that if we have continuous training instead of just at hiring we will be more likely to remember it. Second the managers need to know what they are trying to teach the

I believe that you should always follow your heart, if you believe something is wrong it most likely is. An example from work I had to make the decision to turn a friend in for stealing. That was the hardest decision of my life so far. But I knew that I had to separate my work life from my personal life. I did not want to be implicated just because we were friends. So I turned them in so that I would not lose my job....
