2 1. What can you do to convey more interest in your customers? One great way to convey interest in your customers would be to first put yourself in their shoes, think of how you would want a sales associate to treat you and the things you would like to hear while you are out shopping. Another great way is to have some type of positive interaction with the customer become involved with what they having going on in their day, ask questions make the customer feel comfortable as well as at ease. Also make sure you are focusing on getting the customer’s needs met at all cost. 2. What can you do to keep your attitude positive? One great way to keep a positive attitude would be self-talk as the text refers to it, talk to yourself about the great day you are going to have, how you are going to help every customer you come in contact with and not let anything change your attitude. Also make sure you don’t let something that happen to you at home folds over to how you feel about work.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
