2 1. What are some techniques OTTP should incorporate to improve their post-sale support? One thing that is very important to the customers is to create a good relationship between you and the customer, in doing that you could possibility have a lifetime customer, first impressions are key. Another thing that OTTP could incorporate would be to ensure that the customer not only has a pleasant experience while shopping in the store but, that they have well function products. A great way to ensure that customers have received great quality products is to do follow up phone calls to the customers; this is a good technique because it’s personal and shows the customer that you have their best interest in mind. OTTP could also decide to e-mail feedback cards with a coupon code after completing survey at the point of sale that way the customer has time to use their newly purchased product asset how well it works, or how they feel about the product and
