Proposed Tiered Service Plan 2 1. Analyze opportunities and problems of changing to a tiered service plan. With Mr. Mac Gibson’s plan or thoughts to change to a tiered service plan it could be in many ways a great opportunity for customers that make large purchases over a year course, but for customer that may not make such lager purchases it doesn’t seem to be in their best interest. For customers that make large purchases over the course of one year they are able to take advantage of extra incentives that will be helpful to them as customers as well as encourage them to continue to do business with OTTP. As for customers that may not meet the requirements to receive the different perks, know about the tiered service may encourage the customers to spend more over a year to be able to take advantage of the great incentives that goes along with hitting these numbers.
