The answer is “No”. “House of Sand and Fog” is not about any outstanding issue which people usually bring up when discussing about Muslim such as terrorism, discrimination or the religion itself. Indeed, the topic that this movie comes up with is human’s behaviors and situations. “House of sand and fog” is a story of an Iranian family who are struggling to improve the quality of life. Amir Behrani and his family immigrates to the United States, and spends most of their saving on his daughter’s wedding. Therefore, he has a plan to buy a house in an auction, and then sell it with higher price to get profits.
