Charlize Theron allegedly breached her contract by wearing a Christian Dior watch during a press event. Charlize Theron: Breach of Contract 2 Raymond well states that Ms Theron signed an endorsement deal saying that from October 2005 through December 2006 she would only wear Weil's high-end watches. That deal allowed Weil to use Theron's photographs in its advertisements in exchange for "substantial funds (USA Today.com, 2011.) The watcher maker also claims that she violated the contract by wearing other jewelry and being made to do so. Ms. Theron who is the defendant in this case really does not have any defense in this case except for the fact that this might have been a simple mistake and not an attempt to defraud Raymond Weil.
