A Complaint from a Disabled Customer A Complaint from a Disabled Customer After reviewing this case, I have found that there is just cause for this customers’ compliant. He should not have had to deal with such poor treatment. The customer was disabled and not incompetent. And had just as much right to personal space as someone that was not disabled. The customer had every right to be offended, because this type of behavior is unacceptable. The CSR had no need to lean upon the customer’s chair. Mr. Mac Gibson’s response to the customer should state how sorry he is about how the gentleman was treated. He should reiterate to the customer that OTT prides itself in delivering quality products and above superior customer service to all of their customers.
