Post-Sale Support OTTP: Post-Sale Support OTTP has established a good relationship with its customers but is still having issues with providing exceptional service for online purchase and support. The have maintained a technical support line between the hours of 8am and 5pm, however that is not enough. My suggestions to them would be to create an online 24 hour chat room with qualified customer service representatives that are familiar with the product line and are able to assist the customer with questions or concerns. This in itself will help build the customers confidence in the company and the product. It allows them to access live help when they need it and close out of it when they don’t. Another suggestion would be to create a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page that would be compiled of general question that customers would normally have to call to get the answer to.
