 OTTP: Proposed Change in the Customer Service Plan 2 OTTP: Proposed Change in the Customer Service Plan While having a tiered service system can create a great business opportunity for those that are meeting the quota, it can be a problem for those smaller companies who only need a small amount of product. In a way it’s telling them that they need to spend more in order to get the extra treatment. I think those that buy less than $100,000 in product will feel like they are being pressured into buying more products and will eventually stop buying from OTTP unless we can offer them some type of incentive as well. This might not seem to be a big deal right not but if enough of our smaller customers leave us then the impact on our profit will be tremendous. The proposed change should not and will not impact OTTP’s level of commitment to customers
