After reflecting on my course work I find that the world of Customer service has changed so much. Now we must not only provide customer service to the customers that come in to the stores but also to our E-commerce customers as well. The role of customer service has changed and in many companies the most important factor when a customer determines if they will continue to shop with your company. This course taught me valuable lessons on how to be responsive without sounding aggressive when talking to customers. It also gave great pointers on dressing for success which for many frontline CSRs is very important because they give the first impression of the company to the customer. Another concept that I feel has helped to make me a stronger candidate to enter the business world is interpreting body language. This is important because our non verbal cues can say and show things that we are really thinking. From a simple
