MCAT Student Agreement Student Name: Course #: You have enrolled in this program for the purpose of preparing for the MCAT. All program techniques and materials (online and print) are the exclusive property of The Princeton Review, Inc. (“TPR”/“we”/“us”/“our”). You agree not to disclose, reproduce, sell or distribute to any third party any information, written or spoken, including course materials, obtained from TPR in connection with TPR courses or tutoring programs . You understand that course size is limited and, therefore, enrollment is taken on a first-come, first-served basis. PROGRAM CANCELLATION: Occasionally, due to various circumstances, TPR may change course schedules or locations, cancel a course, or even more seldom, not be able to place a tutor for you or fulfill your small group tutorial request. If we cancel the course in which you have enrolled and are not able to reschedule you into another course that is acceptable to you, or if we are unable to match you with a tutor or a small group tutorial, we will refund all of the tuition you have paid (including your deposit), and we will have no further liability to you with regard to the cancelled program. If you have received any program materials, you must return them to us within two weeks of the program cancellation. No refunds will be processed until we have received all of your program materials. DISMISSAL FROM PROGRAM OR ONLINE ACCESS: TPR may dismiss you from the program if you have not paid in full by the first scheduled session or if you, in TPR’s opinion, are disruptive in the program. TPR will not refund any amounts paid by students who are dismissed from a program. TPR may also disable your access to any online resource we provide if you do not comply with our rules and procedures applicable to such resource. In such event, you will not be given any credit or refund. PROGRAM PAYMENT: You must pay the full tuition by the first scheduled session of the program. Students who enroll in a program within ten days of the start of that program must pay in full at the time of enrollment. If you have not paid in full by the first scheduled session, you authorize TPR to charge the remaining balance to your credit card. If you choose at enrollment to pay the remaining balance by check, you must still provide us with a credit card number on your enrollment form. TPR will charge this card for the balance due in the event that we do not receive your check by the start of the program or
