Sherwin-Williams’ products include a variety of paints, finishes, coatings, applicators, and varnishes sold under the names Dutch Boy, Krylon, Martin-Senour, Red-Devil, Sherwin-Williams, Thompson’s WaterSeal, and Minwax (Sherwin-Williams, 2010). Sherwin-Williams In its 140 plus years of experience, Sherwin-Williams, headquarters in Cleveland, OH, has been an outstanding competitor with their ongoing success being from focusing on their employees and customers (T. J. M., 2010). Sherwin-Williams is constantly trying to meet the challenge of the ever-changing standards the environmentalists are trying to improve. The company wants to hire candidates who have strong entrepreneurial and leadership capabilities with the intent to own their own stores (Daniel Montz, 2009). Sherwin concentrates on their employees and customers while maintaining ethical standards in the natural environment (Sherwin-Williams, 2010).
