Healthy Eating Plan 2 At the beginning of this course when I did the first healthy eating plan assignment, I had very bad eating habits. Most of this is because I am constantly worried about gaining weight. I felt that if I was to go on a diet it would also cause me to gain weight because it would mean eating more than I did without dieting. However; I did some research on diets and talked with my mom and came up with some alternatives to basically starving myself to lose weight. So I do feel that my diet has changed very drastically compared to what it was six weeks ago. In week one my recommendations were to consume at least six teaspoons of oils per day, six ounces of grains, two and a half cups of vegetables, two cups of fruit, three cups of milk, and five and a half ounces of meats and/or beans. After week one I decided to go on a 1600 calorie per day diet. I began eating three
