Healthy Eating Plan 2 At the beginning of this course when I did the first healthy eating plan assignment, I had very bad eating habits. Most of this is because I am constantly worried about gaining weight. I felt that if I was to go on a diet it would also cause me to gain weight because it would mean eating more than I did without dieting. However; I did some research on diets and talked with my mom and came up with some alternatives to basically starving myself to lose weight. So I do feel that my diet has changed very drastically compared to what it was six weeks ago. In week one my recommendations were to consume at least six teaspoons of oils per day, six ounces of grains, two and a half cups of vegetables, two cups of fruit, three cups of milk, and five and a half ounces of meats and/or beans.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
