I am having a hard time with this assignment because I cannot get it to allow me to add any activities. However, my diet compared to the recommendations was very opposite. This is probably because I don’t eat very much. I only had one serving from the milk group and one serving from the meat group. The way that I can modify my diet to get the recommended servings is to start eating more fruits and vegetables and also things that have more fiber and nutrients. Some nutrient-rich foods I can add to my diet are meat
