The study focused on four main diversity themes; representation, tolerance, education, and training. The participants were asked to complete a diversity questionnaire that contained four scales, which each focused on one of these four themes.

Unformatted text preview: I agree with this article because I think it is very important to get feedback from employees and supervisors. I also agree that it focuses on the importance of diversity in the workplace because without diversity in the workplace I think a company could have many problems. I believe that supervisors can use this information regarding diversity in the workplace by conducting the same type of evaluation in their own company to find out how their employees feel about the diversity and if there are any changes that need to be made. This will tell them how comfortable their employees are in the workplace and point out areas that need more attention. Diversity 3...
