Unformatted text preview: Management is being able to oversee a group of people and being able to create a change in what you are trying to accomplish in your company. Everyone who is a manger is not a leader and vice versa. In the case of Larry Ellison and Jeff Bezos they were both great leaders in some aspect and had some problems in their management style. Larry Ellison wanted to take control and what he said was the final say so. He also had a vision and he did not letting anyone stand in his way of his vision. That is why his business was so successful. As a manger, he was to controlling and in that aspect his leadership skills were great but could have been better. Jeff Bezos was a great leader he was willing to listen to people and what they have to say to better the company. However, he was a very strict manger.
