First Day on the Job 2 I. The following are factors causing the employee’s dissatisfaction: a. The first factor causing her dissatisfaction is that she is not feeling as if the job is challenging her to reach her full potential to one day own her own business. The company is not giving her the work experience to step out on her in own in the near future as she plans to do. b. The second factor is that she is getting tired and bored completing the same task over and over again. She does not have any excitement in the job anymore. The job is not offering any enrichment to it. There are no new challenges or new responsibilities added to her job. c. The third factor is the job is not helping her with job transfer which will help her gain more knowledge and skills that you can learn and implement in her business. d. The fourth factor will be to move upward she feels she is being overworked so they means she needs more pay to take over for all the work she is doing for the company.

First Day on the Job 3 II. In regards to the above factors that caused employee’s dissatisfaction, the following are those that could be addressed with improvements in the way the organization handles development: a. The first factor from paragraph 1 that can be addressed by development is coaching. If they coach her she will be more equip, have more knowledge, and opportunities. By coaching her it will give her an opportunity for promotion in the company and take the knowledge she learned from the company to start her own business. b. She needs a mentor with some who has more experience in the area and from
