But when it comes to Mayor or Sherriff, or passing laws voting counts, so if you are going to take the time to register to vote to be heard on the smaller elections and topics you might as well use your voice everywhere. The number one reason most people do not vote is that they do not care because they believe all politicians are basically the same, or they do not address the issues most important to them. The second reason most people do not vote is because they are not educated enough about politics. If more politicians paid attention to the issues of these people it might change the amount of underclass turnout at election time....
