On a mild April night in San Antonio, a waiter wearing a solid velvet red dress asked “What would you like?” In the background, soft Mexican music complemented the rumbles and hubbubs of adults drinking beer. “Um, is there anything without cheese here?” I responded back quizzically. “Noh. Everything’s with cheese,” she explained, taking out her white pad to write. This was the beginning of a night out in a Mexican restaurant at San Antonio. I was on a Texas History trip with my fellow classmates. On the right, a group of men gathered on a bar discussing politics. On our table, I began to crackle a joke for everyone, which didn’t sound so well. (in fact, my actions ruined the dinner of one couple.) While we waited for the food, my female classmates sitting to the right asked me a funny question about Winnie the Pooh. After the food arrived, I heartily enjoyed gulping down the cream cheese melted on the tortilla shell. After the meal my classmates went upstairs to the balcony for stargazing. Because
