Socrates: Socrates believed in the existence of higher moral truths.  According to Socrates, our pursuit for these higher moral  truths ends up setting the path that our lives take.  Plato: Plato believed that the duality of man and the duality of  universe match perfectly. According to Plato, man’s dual  nature allows him to perceive things that form a part of  the ephemeral world.  Aristotle: Aristotle did not believe in the idea that life got created by  chance. According to Aristotle, various inherent functions  built into living beings define their meaning of life.
