THE IMPACT OF HRM 2 The Impact of HRM The best ideas for improvement that were presented in the brainstorm session from Discussion Question 2 were the suggestions on the training and development area of the HRM and the area of performance appraisal and feedback. The approach that was taken in the training and development field was to install a computer-based training system that would be accessible for all employees to improve their skills along with assisting new employees in learning the basics duties of their assigned jobs. The angle that was taken in the proposition improving the division of performance appraisal and feedback was to implement a quarterly evaluation of the workers performance in the areas of safety, production, punctuality, job knowledge or skill, and teamwork Scheduling on the job training classes monthly is suggested as a tool set forth to keep employees up to date on new advancements within the company as well as clarify any questions
