Rikki Norton My first assignment on your team is to research a country that would benefit us to produce a  consumer good there. I have chosen Japan to be a country in which we would excel in our  producing capabilities of this good. Japan is located in eastern Asia, and is actually an island  that is located between the Sea of Japan and the North Pacific Ocean, just due east of the  Korean Peninsula. They have a land area total of 364, 485 sq. km and a water area total of 13,  430 sq. km, making their whole entire area about the size of California so a great amount  smaller than the United States. Their population their however is closer to us then their land  size, they have a population of 127, 078, 679 and rank 10 th  in the world for highest population.  The amount of males and females is almost equal, and most people living in Japan are in  between ages 15 to 64.  Most people in their population over the age of 15 can read and write, many of whom  end up spending 15 years in school total. Their education expenditures end up totaling about  3.5% of their annual GDP. Japan’s climate usually varies from being tropical in the south to be  being cool temperate in the north. The climate in Japan severely differs from Oklahoma  because here we have very hot summers and very harsh winters; our climate here goes to
