This is not your FSU card number, and it is not your social security number. ± If you don't know your FSUSN, you can find it as follows: go to Secure Apps >> FSUID Identity Management >> See Your FSUSN 2 ± DATE: Wednesday October 13th in the lecture section you are officially registered for – sit every other seat BRING a #2 PENCIL YOUR FSU ID card: we will check FSU cards when you turn in your exam; if you do not have your FSU card with you, your exam will not be graded Exam 1 Administration 3 A good eraser A ruler or other straight-edge last 4 digits of your FSUSN ± Question/Answer/Review – Office hours will be held normally prior to the exam unless otherwise announced via email – During recitations when prior to exam time – In lectures Monday 10/11 – bring your questions about problems in textbook and from sample exams on course Blackboard site

Ford Tyson 2 ± Closed Book, no notes, no calculators, no CD players, no ipods, no cell phones, no PDAs (personal digital assistants, palm pilots, etc.); that is, NO devices of any kind are allowed ± If you are seen using any kind of device in the exam room you will be required to leave the exam and you Exam 1 Administration p.2 4 room, you will be required to leave the exam and you will receive a zero grade on it ± Answers are to be written on scantron sheets, which the instructors will provide at the exam ± One "crib sheet" is allowed, i.e. one 8 ½" by 11" sized piece of paper on which you may write, draw or print any notes you want (both sides ok) ± Coverage: – Lectures through Lecture File 12 Exam 1 Coverage p.1 5 – All corresponding readings • See the list of handout and textbook readings from both textbooks in the Syllabus
