Scavenger Hunt GSU 1010 Alex Ahmed Michelle Aliev Andrew Mixon Rachel Welty On our group scavenger hunt, we went to 4 different locations. The first was the Writing Center. In the writing center, one can go and receive help on their writing skills. There, any student, or teacher can go to the writing center and try to improve their writing. This is helpful for papers, grammar, or other English subjects. Here, there are also tutoring opportunities for those interested in being an English major. The Writing Studio, it’s formal name, is located in the GCB, floor 9. The office hours include M, Th – (10-5) and T, W – (10-7). The second location was the Student Advisement Center. In the Student Advisement Center, each student is assigned to a counselor. This counselor helps students choose a major, as well as their classes. The counselors are assigned to each student by their last name, alphabetically. These advisors especially help students who really have no idea what they want to major in. Counselors are there
