CMST Test 4 17:56 Conflict Can increase relational intimacy Conflict is an express struggle between 2 interdependent parties who  perceive incompatible goals, scarce rewards, and perceive interference from  the other party in achieving their goals There has to be some sort of relationship Conflict strategy-Outcomes you are looking for o Win loose you win Desired outcome is to win You wan it all o Win loose you loose Decided you wanted to loose o Loose Loose I am going to loose but so are you Not healthy Bad kind of relationship o Compromise Each side gives up a little bit  o Win win I win and u win Conflict styles o Non assertion
