Luis E. Molina Professor Wenzell English 115-13 2 January 2011 HW 4 1. a) Rose’s life in vocational education was a waste of time. It was a means to  keep the kids who were not going to make it in the world busy and  hopefully out of trouble. b) His teachers for the most part were both  physically and verbally abusive. They seemed to teach the students without  true care if they learned the material or engaged the imagination of the  students. The teachers treated the class in the same manner that the  students did. c) I have had experiences with teachers who have seemed  that they’ve truly not cared, and went with the motions. On the other  hand; I have had teachers that would go above and beyond to ensure that  you felt engaged and interested. 2. a) Vocational education was more of a handicap than an aid. Since he was  not interested in the subjects due to what he says was the lack of
