In order to constrain the two parts I mated the axis of both phones. After that I mated the same side of both of the phone parts so the edges were parallel. This restricted the phone to only rotating in place which is only one degree of freedom.

Unformatted text preview: changed the diameter of the phones display axis thing at the bottom of the display so it would not hit. I fixed the interference by increasing the fillet on the display from 5 to 16 mm so it would not hit the keypad....
