2. Objective: To become familiarized with signal express. Observe, compare, and contrast the differences in Circuit board measurements using capacitor sizes1 uF, 10uF, and 100uF with each other as well as with EWB and calculated quantities. 3. Procedure: Using the DMM; we measured the actual value of the resistor to be used. We then measured the capacitances with the Fluke RCL meter. Using components whose values we measured, the first circuit was built using the 1 uF capacitor. “Signal Express” was then used to generate square an AC signal with a square waveform having a frequency of 20Hz, an amplitude of 1V, and a Block size of 20,000. After running, we analyzed the data obtained in graph form, calculating time constant. This process was then repeated with the 10uF and 100uF capacitors. 4.
