Hinckley Alumni and Visitors Center. Said is the senior ranking professor of international relations and the first occupant of the Chair of Islamic Peace at American University. He also founded the university-wide Center for Global Peace and the International Peace and directed the Conflict Resolution Division in the School of International Service.
