Salem’s sales started as the highest and just continually decreased throughout the 6 months. Woburn’s sales started the lowest and steadily increased throughout the 6 month period. According to this data Woburn’s Weekly Training proves to be the most effective. 4. The sales for Salem decreased because the sales of their Notebooks (regular and premium) declined regularly throughout the 6 months. While Woburn had the opposite, a steady increase in sales of both regular and premium notebooks. Nashua sales stayed about the same throughout the 6 months on all products. 5. Salem sells more desktops both regular and premium so they should try to use promotions to sell these. Woburn’s sales for Premium Desktops has dropped steadily while there was an opposite trend with Premium Notebooks, they should continue to t ry to target the sale of Premium Notebooks to their...
