Conclusion Report 1. In terms of success I’d say that most of the time I wasn’t successful in meeting my goal. The 1 st and 7 th week where the only weeks that I met my goal of working out 300 minutes a week. Not meeting my goal of working out more didn’t bother me nearly as much as my lack of motivation to do more physical activity. I use to be so active all the time and I’ve noticed now that I’m lazy and don’t want to do much anymore. Being successful in my motivation and determination is more important to me then loosing weight and working out all the time. 2. I seemed to more cardio then weights and my original goal was to do cardio 3 days a week and weights twice a week. Doing more cardio than weights was good because cardio helps me loose more weight then weights do, but it still wasn’t my original goal. I noticed after making the chart that I did much less working out when it was raining. The weather had a huge effect on my attitude and energy level. I never wanted to get out of my apartment when the weather was bad. I tried
