HPS Contract: Base Line Assignment My goal this semester is to lose five pounds and to workout more often. In order to achieve this I plan on working out 5 days out of the week. I want to do cardio 3 days and weights 2 days out of those 5 days. Over all I want to workout 300 hours a week Sunday: Day Off Monday: Played tennis at 9:30 am for an hour. Ran 2.5 miles around the campus green at 7:30 pm in 18 minutes. Did a 15 minute abb workout after running. Total minutes= 93 Tuesday: Went to the gym at 3:30 and did low weight/ high reps targeting my quads and hamstrings, and inner thighs. Worked out for 45 minutes. Total minutes = 45

Total minutes: 68 Thursday: Went to the gym around 6:30 and warmed up on the bike for 6 minutes. Then did free weights targeting my triceps and biceps, chest and back, did this for 55 minutes. Then I did lunges and wall sits. I did 4 wall sits for a minute each and did lunges for about 5 minutes. Total minutes: 70 Friday: Day off Saturday: Went for a 5K run at Kennesaw Mountain.
